Appointments
Consultations are available by appointment. Please arrive 10 minutes early; running more than 15 minutes late may mean rescheduling. Thursday the clinic is closed; Sunday runs morning and evening shifts only.
Treatment estimates
Every treatment begins with examination and a written estimate. The estimate is valid for 30 days; if clinical findings change mid-treatment, revised options and costs are explained and approved by you before proceeding.
Payments
UPI, all major cards and cash are accepted, with EMI options on braces, aligners and implants. Full-mouth and implant work follows staged payments tied to treatment milestones, documented in your file.
Cancellations
Reschedule free of charge with a few hours' notice on call or WhatsApp (76280 15118). Repeated no-shows may require advance payment to hold future slots.
Conduct & safety
Treatment may be declined or stopped if a patient is abusive toward staff or medically unfit for a planned procedure on the day. Sterilization and single-use protocols are non-negotiable and apply to every patient equally.
