Privacy Policy
Last updated October 2026. Short version: your details arrange your visit and nothing else.
What we collect
When you request an appointment we collect your name, phone number, and optional email, plus the treatment, branch, date and slot you choose. Website visits may also generate basic technical logs (pages viewed, device type) used only for security and performance.
How we use it
Your details are used solely to arrange and remind you about your visit: confirmation calls, SMS or WhatsApp messages from our clinic number. We do not sell your data, and we send no marketing messages unless you explicitly ask for them.
WhatsApp bookings
If you confirm through WhatsApp, your booking details are shared with Meta's WhatsApp service as part of sending that message, governed by WhatsApp's own privacy policy. Anything you then discuss in chat stays between you and the clinic.
How long we keep it
Appointment records are kept as part of your clinical file, as required for medical documentation. Marketing-free contact details used only for one-time confirmations are deleted on request — just ask at the desk or on WhatsApp.
Your rights
You may ask what data we hold about you, correct it, or request deletion of non-clinical contact data at any time by calling 76280 15118.
